Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience working in a variety of industries, working with the leaders and teams in order to enhance the business results, especially in times of expansion and rapid transformation by focusing on designing, coordinating, and implementing a global human resources strategy. As an advisor, she was involved to help translate the people and business strategies into goals, strategic plans and corporate-wide targets by focusing on organizational performance including employee participation and transformation. She is a lover of learning and sees leadership and team-building as the greatest advantage. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, educating leaders, and coaching them to achieve evidence-based success. The experience has helped to create organizations that were characterized by creativity in learning as well as adaptability to change. As Annmarie continues to dedicate her time and talent in support Learning Ally's mission she provides assistance to a number of non-profit organisations in her spare time.
